Rapper 50 Cent believes that Britney Spears' troubles would never have happened if she hadn't hooked up with now ex-hubby Kevin Federline.
The rapper believes that Britney's bizarre behaviour - which included pantyless partying, shaving her head, going to rehab, serving her mother with an order to stay away from her sons - would never have happened if she had not met Federline.
"I think she brought too many people in. Kevin whatever his name is, who is he? She made him a star. She should have left his ass in the closet, then he would have stayed and everything would have been exactly the way it needed to be," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
In the meantime the singer's woes continue to intensify as she is now being investigated for possible child abuse.
The news comes when Spears is involved in a legal battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline over the custody of their two kids.
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has accused the pop star of being an unsuitable mother after reports of her erratic behaviour were filed.
According to reports, Los Angeles Superior Court took up an unscheduled court hearing on August 2
The mum of two has been repeatedly charged of being irresponsible.
Recently she is said to have spent the whole night with magician Criss Angel drinking Dom Perignon champagne.
The next hearing for the custody case has been scheduled for September 4.

Straightheads sex scenes left Gillian Anderson cold
Former X-Files star Gillian Anderson has revealed that filming the sex scenes in her latest movie were not a piece of cake at all.
The 39-year-old recently divulged that the love scenes in 'Straightheads', a thriller filmed in the Midlands, almost crumbled.
Anderson had to make love with screen lover Danny Dyer in a car parked in Shropshire, but the actress said that the extreme cold kept them from doing things according to the plan.
"The scene was filmed in the dead of night, with all the crew standing around with fires to keep us warm. The sides of my dress needed to be stuck to me, or it would have fallen wrong. I had to have two tapes on my side. But because it was so cold, the tape wasn't working, and my dress kept peeling off too soon," the Daily Express quoted her, as saying.
"My lover's job was to cover the tape while we were in the middle of pretending to have sex. It wasn't easy. That is my memory of sex in Shropshire," she added.
Radha Mitchell finds shooting nude scenes a 'liberating experience'
Australian actress Radha Mitchell has claimed that the shooting nude scenes in her new film Feast of Love was a ‘quite liberating’ experience.
The actress, who plays a woman pursuing an intense affair with a married man in the controversial film, admitted that she did have some reservations while signing up the film.
However, Mitchell added that she was comfortable enough with the scenes to agree to it.
“Normally in these things there’s some sort of statement in the contract like ‘You will show this much of your boob’ or whatever. It’s very specific, whereas in this they just said. Are you comfortable with this or not, because if you’re not, don’t worry about the film. So you had to sort of sit there and think about, Am I comfortable with that? Am I not comfortable? How do I feel about that?’ Obviously I was comfortable with it enough to agree to it and then the experience of it I found quite liberating in a way,” Moviehole quoted her, as saying.
Talking about full frontal naked scenes in the film directed by Oscar winner Robert Benton, the 32-year-old said that the scenes have ‘naturalism’.
“It’s certainly confronting to play out but the sensibility, and it’s more European than it is American. It’s not so puritanical and people do get naked in the bedroom together and that’s kind of how it is. So if the story is going to be real it’s going to be a reality of two people having a fight, in the nude, as you would, in life. People behave that way, so there’s a naturalism to that but then, to play out that naturalism, granted the convention of our society, in front of a bunch of crew members is something else,” she added.
'Nipplegate' Tops Celebrity Scandals List!
Three years after Justin Timberlake pulled down Janet Jackson's top to flash her breast at the 2004 Super Bowl, the incident dubbed 'Nipplegate' has topped a poll of the '25 Biggest Celebrity Scandals since 1982'.
According to Entertainment Weekly magazine which compiled the list, the incident gave enough ammunition to people already forming the opinion that 'Hollywood was polluting kids' minds'.
"With nearly 90 million people watching, many of them children, the incident became a flash point for family-values groups who had long argued that Hollywood was polluting kids' minds - and now they had proof," the mag states. Coming in close on Timberlake and Jackson's heels was Mel Gibson with his alcoholic anti-Semitic rant in July 2006.
Gibson took second place on the list.
Third place went to Sinead O'Connor who capped her 1992 SNL appearance by ripping a photo of the Pope live TV.

Judge bans distribution of Anna Nicole Smiths boob job video
A Los Angeles judge has extended the order barring a plastic surgeon from profiting from a tape that shows the late model Anna Nicole Smith getting a boob job.Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff made a permanent ruling on the basis of Smith's partner Howard K. Stern's request that sought the prohibition of the sale, distribution and dissemination of the tape by Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson, reports E! Online.Stern has alleged that Johnson has breached many laws by filming the whole surgery without the late model without her permission.However, the doctor has defended himself and said that he always gets his patient's permission and promises to keep all tapes confidential 'during a patient's lifetime'.On August 3, the judge had issued a permanent injunction blocking Johnson's wife Alana from releasing the tape.Though Beckloff did not want to include Alana in the injunction since she was not served papers in the case, he later considered she was only being evasive after she was involved in a high-speed chase to avoid being given court papers.A hearing has been scheduled on September 14 to seek a progress review on whether Alan Johnson has been served papers or not.

Jade Goody dumps her Boyfriend
Jade Goody dumped Jack Tweed after learning he nicknamed her "Cashpoint" to his mates.
Snivelling Jack has been begging her to take him back but she will not even speak to him.
The pair, who were together for two years, insisted last week that the split was amicable.
They blamed the pressure of Jade's miscarriage in June and her problems in getting work after the Celebrity Big Brother race row.
But we can reveal Jade, 26, flipped when she found out 20-year-old Jack bragged about her dishing out money.
The mainly unemployed model and football agent would regularly take £100 or £200 off her.
